We have robust recruitment procedures to ensure we have the best staff with the right attitude and experience to support our residents and their relatives. This is underpinned by extensive, continuous training, observation, supervision and appraisal of all staff.
Each department is closely monitored and operated by qualified senior staff. Overall responsibility and quality oversight is managed by experienced registered managers, the operations team and the Belsfield Care directors.

Each of our services have a comfortable, highly appealing environment and, at the point of admission, we strive to ensure they are home from home. We encourage people to bring their belongings and, as we get to know them, we personalise bedrooms to match their interests, preferences and personalities.
We have a range of facilities to enhance our extensive activities programme. These are tailored to each person’s interests, hobbies and choice, including individual pursuits and small to larger group activities. We work with people to achieve their life goals, with demonstrable improvement to their wellbeing.
Personalised Care Plans
We provide long-term support, rehabilitation and individualised complex packages of care for people across the country. We complete in-depth assessments before admission to confirm we are able to meet their needs. People and their relatives are at the centre of their care planning; we work on the understanding they know what they need and how best we can support them to maintain their independence.
We focus on treating each resident as individual, special and highly valued. This means we have regular, in-depth engagement with them and their families, where able, and review jointly created care plans every day. Where people are unable to communicate with us, we develop person-centred interventions through meticulous observation and other interactive methods to better understand them.
